Duration
Our return and refund policy is applicable for a period of 07 days following the delivery of your products. If more than 07 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation, exchanges, or refunds.
Communication and Evaluation
We prioritize ongoing communication with our customers to ensure mutual satisfaction. In the event that a purchased item or set is found unsatisfactory or does not meet the specified requirements outlined during the purchase, a detailed bilateral conversation is initiated within 7 days of the complaint to assess the cause of the dispute.

Subsequently, we provide three potential solutions:
1. Compensation
A partial or full compensation is offered based on mutually agreed terms, often involving new purchases or similar product(s) with a partial or full discount.
2. Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.
3. Return and Refund
To be eligible for a return with a full refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for one-side delivery charges.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 07 days after delivery.

Sale Items and Exchanges
Sale Items
Regular priced items may be refunded within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded once production details are sent to our production department after the initial 24 hours.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@trustapparels.com, and we will provide you with the warehouse address.
Shipping
Return Process
To return a product, mail it to the warehouse; email us at info@trustapparels.com to obtain the mailing address.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Additional Consideration
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
